On being a Christian as if people mattered
Then the day came that I died and I looked forward to meeting my Maker. I walked up to the gates of heaven and Jesus stood there waiting for me. But then He looked over my shoulders and asked me: “Where are the others, who did you bring with you?”
The purpose of this web site is to strengthen and equip Christians with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to touch lives. Our own lives and the lives of those who we will touch through Christian outreach. As you work your way through the sections of this site, it is our prayer and belief that you will be touched, that you will be transformed and that you will change your outlook on life and its God-given purpose.
There is only one way to renew our minds, and that is by the Word of God. It is the truth, the knowledge of the Word of God, which is the knowledge of God’s mercies.
God may be found in the stillness of our private communion with Him. There He can begin to get our attention and begin to make known to us what His good and perfect will is for our lives.
